In this amazing city you can really see that pastries, desserts and chocolates are very much liked by the French. In our opinion they make some of the best pastries in the world. I think the secret is not holding back on, but rather adding, butter and sugar. They even succeed at making gluten free taste creamy and moist in a way I have never had before.
